[Sportschosun reporter Jung Yu-na] Actress Nam Bo-ra has shared an update after her son entered a postpartum care center.
On the 20th, Nam Bo-ra posted a photo along with the message, "Kkongal-i's admission to the postpartum care center. How can he sleep so well?"
The photo showed newborn Kkongal-i, who entered the care center with Nam Bo-ra. Sleeping peacefully, the baby brought smiles to viewers.
Nam Bo-ra had previously announced the birth of her son on the 27th and spoke directly about the delivery process. She expressed her affection, saying, "Kkongal-i came into the world on June 15," and added, "Kkongal-i seems to be adjusting calmly, as if this is his second life."
She also explained that she had prepared for a natural birth, but an unexpected situation led to an emergency C-section. Nam Bo-ra said that during her final prenatal checkup, she was told there was almost no amniotic fluid, making both natural delivery and induced labor difficult. She added that the baby could have been at greater risk, so she quickly decided to have surgery.
She recalled, "I was so frightened by the sudden situation that I cried, but I pulled myself together thinking of my baby and went into the operating room," adding, "At 8:24 p.m., I met Kkongal-i."
She said she regretted not being able to have a natural birth, but expressed gratitude to the medical staff, her husband, family, and acquaintances who helped ensure the baby was born healthy.
Meanwhile, actress Nam Bo-ra married a businessman of the same age last May.
