[Sportschosun Jung Yoo-na] Broadcaster Yoo Gaet-ip spoke candidly about the realistic concerns she faced while dating after her divorce.
On the 18th, Yoo Gaet-ip spent time communicating with fans on her Social Network Service (SNS) under the theme, "Let's share our worries these days."
That day, one fan shared a concern, saying, "I also got divorced and am currently seeing someone. He is married for the first time. He feels uncomfortable with visitation arrangements for my child. Have you ever experienced something like this?"
In response, Yoo Gaet-ip said, "It wasn't visitation, but there were times when someone felt uncomfortable about meeting my child. (Not my current boyfriend)," referring to her own experience.
She then honestly revealed, "I was fine with the fact that I was divorced, but it was hard to accept that my child made him uncomfortable... I wondered if I was just forcing understanding on him, but then I thought, no, does it make sense that he said he wanted to marry me and yet would not accept my child?"
She added, "In the end, I broke up with that person," drawing attention.
Meanwhile, Yoo Gaet-ip married Choi Go-gi in 2016 and gave birth to their daughter Sol-ip, but the couple divorced in 2020. Sol-ip is currently being raised by Choi Go-gi.
Yoo Gaet-ip also drew attention in April when she revealed on X's Private Life that she was dating the owner of the cafe where she worked part-time.
