[Sportschosun Reporter] Singer Sung Si-kyung is set to appear on the YouTube show "Cheers Hyung," and even a short preview clip has already raised fans' expectations.
On the 22nd, the YouTube channel "Salty Brother Shin Dong-yup" released a teaser video announcing Sung Si-kyung as next week's guest.
In the teaser, Shin Dong-yup warmly welcomed Sung Si-kyung and said, "You really came on properly." The two immediately showed easy chemistry, building anticipation for the full episode. Known as two of the entertainment industry's biggest drinkers, they talked nonstop about side dishes and favorite restaurants. Sung Si-kyung kept the conversation going by mentioning a range of dishes, including sweet and sour fried chicken, assorted fried foods and hongeo, and he laughed, "He watched everything I did. It's really the same. The only difference is our wealth; our tastes are identical," drawing laughter.
Sung Si-kyung, who already runs his own restaurant-focused content channel, also showed special affection for "Cheers Hyung." He said it felt like a fellow program, but added, "It's not a rival." He then joked, "There's a whale on that show. Our director can't appear," sparking more laughter.
Even though only a short teaser was released, fans reacted enthusiastically. Comments such as "Sung Si-kyung is finally coming," and "We've been waiting for this pairing" poured in. Many also wrote, "Make Sung Si-kyung's episode two hours long," "Finally, Sung Si-kyung appears," and "Absolutely must watch live."
Meanwhile, the episode of "Cheers Hyung" featuring Sung Si-kyung is scheduled to be released on the 30th.
