[Sportschosun Lee Ge-eun] Singer Yoon Jong-shin expressed his disappointment, asking Kim Jong-guk why he had not given him a wedding invitation.
Yoon Jong-shin and director Jang Hang-jun, close friends of 31 years who represent the pop music and film industries, will appear on KBS 2TV's "Problem Child in House" airing at 10 p.m. on Friday the 26th.
In the episode, Yoon Jong-shin and Kim Jong-guk, longtime rivals who once fueled a variety-show boom with their bickering chemistry on an entertainment program, reunite in the rooftop room after six to seven years, drawing attention. Yoon Jong-shin told Kim Jong-guk, who got married last year, "Why didn't you send me a wedding invitation?" and voiced his disappointment. He added, "I wanted to give a wedding gift, but there was no way to deliver it, so I brought it today," and reportedly held the show's first-ever wedding gift presentation ceremony for Kim Jong-guk, who had attended every one of his family events.
Yoon Jong-shin will also reveal behind-the-scenes stories about his one-of-a-kind project, "Monthly Yoon Jong Shin," through which he has released music every month since 2010, now in its 17th year. A performance video of "Uphill," sung with Park Bo-gum on KBS 2TV's "The Seasons: Park Bo-gum's Cantabile," has surpassed 10 million views on YouTube. It has also been revealed that Park Bo-gum first reached out, saying he wanted to take part in "Monthly Yoon Jong Shin," drawing further interest. After sending a song to Park Bo-gum, Yoon Jong-shin made a surprise confession, saying, "I wrote a song for Park Bo-gum, but it was rejected, so I'm rewriting it now," surprising everyone.
Meanwhile, "Problem Child in House" airs every Friday at 9:40 p.m.
