Cho Minah Reveals Serious Injury: "My Finger Flesh Was Torn Off, and the Bone Was Visible"

[Lee Woo-joo, Sportschosun] Former Jewelry member Cho Minah shared heartbreaking news.

In the early hours of the 27th, Cho Minah said, "I was rushing around while getting ready for work and preparing to send my child off to school at the same time, and I slammed the door shut with my hand still in the drawer." She added, "The flesh on my finger was torn off to the point that the bone was visible, and I was warned about a fracture. The bleeding would not stop, so I held my hand above my head for a long time to stop it, then sent Kang-ho to school, stopped by the office, went to the hospital for treatment, and got a splint."

Cho Minah said, "By the time I got off work and evening came, my injured hand hurt more and more, and because I couldn't let water touch it, I had to struggle using only one hand. Kang-ho was so admirable that he showered and brushed his teeth all by himself." She added, "Last year, during my birthday month, Kang-ho was badly injured and had surgery. This year, at least it ended with me getting hurt instead, so I guess that was a small relief."

Photos released publicly showed Cho Minah with a finger injury. The single mother was badly hurt while going through a hectic morning routine. Fans have since sent messages of comfort and support after hearing the sudden news of her injury.

Meanwhile, Cho Minah married a non-celebrity in 2020 and had one son, but after divorcing in 2022, she has been raising him on her own. After leaving Jewelry, Cho Minah began a new life as an insurance planner. She recently drew attention by appearing with the full Jewelry lineup on Seo In-young's YouTube channel, despite rumors of conflict.
