[Sportschosun Park Ah-ram] Comedian Lee Young-ja drew laughs as she brought up her past connection with actor Hwang Dong-ju, which began on an entertainment program.
On the MBC program Point of Omniscient Interfere, which aired on the 27th, viewers saw a glimpse of Lee Young-ja's daily life as a food ingredient manager. That day, she went grocery shopping with broadcaster Jeon Hyun-moo and comedian Yang Se-hyung, and the conversation in the car naturally turned to dating.
When Yang Se-hyung asked, "Have you gotten used to not dating anymore?" Lee Young-ja shot back, "Be quiet. If we're talking about recent dating, I'm the best of the three. I recently dated someone."
Taken aback by the unexpected remark, Yang Se-hyung asked, "You recently dated someone?" The studio also reacted with surprise.
Lee Young-ja then mentioned the KBS 2TV show Old Love Pursuit, saying, "Didn't we become the final couple there?"
Earlier, Lee Young-ja had become a hot topic after confirming mutual feelings with Hwang Dong-ju on the show and ending up as the final couple. Later, when Hwang Dong-ju appeared as a guest on Point of Omniscient Interfere, the two also showed easy chemistry.
At the time, Hwang Dong-ju said, "I'm good at cooking." When Lee Young-ja joked, "You'll make a good husband," Hwang Dong-ju replied, "Then I'll take on the role of the wife," drawing cheers from the cast.
On this episode as well, Lee Young-ja once again recalled, "Dong-ju and I were the final couple." Yang Se-hyung then pointed out, "Being a final couple is different from actually dating. You have to be together to be dating," sending the set into laughter.
