[Sportschosun Jung Yu-na] Park Hyun-sun, a CEO and the wife of actor-turned-businessman Lee Phillip, shared an update on reuniting with her family after leaving the postpartum care center.
On the 28th, Park Hyun-sun posted a long message and several photos on her social media account.
Park Hyun-sun said, "A happy family of six." She added, "I finally came home after leaving the postpartum care center. The surprise welcome waiting for me at the door made me unexpectedly emotional."
She also expressed gratitude to her husband, Lee Phillip, saying, "For two weeks, you must have been so busy taking the kids to kindergarten alone, cooking, bathing them, and putting them to bed. Thank you so much for welcoming me so warmly too, honey."
She went on to say, "Now our family is six. It will be the start of even busier and more hectic days, but I think there will be that many more reasons to laugh."
She also spoke candidly about the realities of parenting, saying, "From the first day home, our third daughter Leah seemed unfamiliar with the house, so she woke up every hour, and I spent the whole night feeding her every hour." She added, "My whole body aches as if I have a fever, and I thought, 'Ah, this is really when parenting begins.'"
The released photos showed a warm family portrait of Lee Phillip, Park Hyun-sun, and their three children. One image in particular drew attention, showing Lee Phillip holding their newly born third daughter in his arms. The home was also decorated with balloons and other welcome decorations, adding to the heartwarming atmosphere.
Lee Phillip reportedly prepared a surprise party for Park Hyun-sun after her return from the postpartum care center, moving many with the gesture.
Meanwhile, Park Hyun-sun married Lee Phillip in 2020 and has one son and one daughter. She recently gave birth to their third daughter, becoming a mother of three. Lee Phillip, who became known through dramas such as "Tae Wang Sa Shin Gi" and "Secret Garden," is also the son of Lee Soo-dong, chairman of the global IT company STG.
