[Sportschosun Kim Soo-hyun] On KBS2's "Boss in the Mirror," Yang Joon-hyuk will receive business tips from chef Jo Seohyeong, who rose to fame through "Culinary Class Wars."

"Boss in the Mirror" is a variety show that captures the voluntary self-reflection and perspective-taking of bosses in Korea as they try to create a workplace people enjoy. It has remained the No. 1 variety show in its time slot for 211 consecutive weeks, based on the latest episode, according to Nielsen Korea.

In the episode airing on the 28th, Yang Joon-hyuk, who runs a yellowtail farm and a restaurant, will reveal his successful business performance, saying that weekend sales alone reach 20 million won a day. Unsatisfied with that, he is also setting a goal of earning more than 3 million won a day on weekdays as he moves to expand the business.

In particular, Yang Joon-hyuk will draw attention by expressing confidence, saying, "Gen Z likes me," and even revealing plans to open a seafood pojangmacha.

Chef Jo Seohyeong, known as a business genius, steps in to support Yang Joon-hyuk's new challenge. Jo explains, "The sauce has to taste good for people to keep ordering sashimi, and that eventually leads to higher sales," as he shares his own business know-how.

Yang Joon-hyuk then showed his respect, saying, "Please teach me, master," before adding, "I want to become a business genius in Guryongpo too," and expressing his determination.

The key ingredient in Jo Seohyeong's proposed special sauce for yellowtail sashimi was seaweed. After a special sauce was completed by adding seaweed to the existing ingredients to enhance the texture and flavor, Yang Joon-hyuk kept praising it and gave a thumbs-up. MCs Kim Sook and Park Myung-soo, who watched the process, also marveled at Jo's idea, saying, "Experts really are different."

The two then went on a food tour to develop new menu items for the seafood pojangmacha. Jo suggested a menu aimed at Generation MZ, saying, "We fry a fish head and eat it like chicken. A dish like this could become the signature item of the seafood pojangmacha."

Yang Joon-hyuk, who was initially skeptical, tried it himself and then burst into a full-on eating spree, saying, "It's much tastier than chicken," drawing laughter.

Attention is now focused on whether Yang Joon-hyuk, after learning Jo Seohyeong's special know-how, can truly be reborn as the "business genius of Guryongpo."

Meanwhile, KBS2's "Boss in the Mirror" airs every Sunday at 4:40 p.m.
