Kim Young-ok says she has become very thin after her husband's death: "I don't feel like eating when I'm alone at home"

[Sportschosun Lee Ge-eun] Actress Kim Young-ok has shared an update that shows how frail she has become after her husband's death.

On the 10th, a video titled "A grandmother's candid confession after bereavement (+Her first ceremonial pitch at 90)" was released on Kim Young-ok's YouTube channel.

Kim Young-ok met with the YouTube production team for the first time in a while and talked about life after her husband's funeral. She said, "When I'm at home, I don't even want to eat two meals a day. When my husband was alive, I had to make sure we ate, so I would at least eat a little with him. But now that no one is here, I don't feel like eating," adding that she had stayed home ever since the funeral.

The production team expressed concern, saying, "You seem to have lost some weight, ma'am. You must not have been eating properly." Kim Young-ok replied, "It's because I haven't been eating. I'm not particularly heartbroken." She went on to say, "Sometimes I feel like I can see my husband's spirit. The image that stays with me most is him sitting in a chair and looking outside. I'm sorry. I feel like everything was my fault," expressing how much she misses his absence.

Meanwhile, Kim Young-ok's husband, Kim Young-gil, a former announcer at the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS), died on the 17th of last month at the age of 89.
