The episode of SBS Plus and ENA's "I'm Solo: Love Continues," aired on the 11th, revealed the complicated and subtle love lines among the experienced single men who were starting their first dates at the "Solo Guesthouse" and the women who had once been popular contestants on "Pair."
That day, the date between Yeong-cheol from Season 12 and Female No. 2 was shown. Yeong-cheol from Season 12 appeared awkward and said, "I'm clumsy and uncomfortable, so please just say whatever you want," "What should I ask that you'd like?" and "What do people usually say?" Female No. 2 then broke the ice by asking questions and getting the conversation started.
When asked how long he had been in a situationship, Yeong-cheol from Season 12 said it had lasted from five weeks to three months, which surprised viewers. He added that it had only happened three times.
However, the conversation never really picked up beyond that. Most of the exchange showed Yeong-cheol from Season 12 giving irrelevant answers. As expected, Female No. 2 later told the production team in an interview, "I think it would be hard. I’m not sure I could meet a lifelong single person," and shook her head at the prospect of seeing him again.
Jeong Hye-seong also commented, "Female No. 2 is trying to take the lead, but Yeong-cheol from Season 12 keeps saying something else. I don't think he is catching on very well."
