[Sportschosun Lee Ji-hyun] Director Jang Hang-jun drew laughs after it was revealed that his credit card payments are still being withdrawn from the account of his wife, writer Kim Eun-hee, even though he has become a box-office hitmaker with more than 10 million moviegoers.
On the 11th, a video titled "Kim Eun-hee's Wish: 'Now Let's Spend Some of Jang Hang-jun's Money!' Song Eun-i's Chaotic Ad Shoot Surprise" was uploaded to the YouTube channel VIVO TV. That day, Song Eun-i visited the commercial shoot featuring her agency artists, the married couple Jang Hang-jun and Kim Eun-hee, to show her support.
When Kim Eun-hee met her in the waiting room, she said she was working on her next project. She then joked about her husband, saying, "Jang Hang-jun has been so full of himself lately that he's getting on my nerves," sending the set into laughter.
When Song Eun-i asked, "Does he even spend money?" Kim Eun-hee replied, "I hardly ever see his face. So I wanted to spend a little, but he didn't even give me a card," drawing big laughs. She then made a surprising revelation, saying, "What's even more absurd is that Jang Hang-jun's credit card is still being paid from my account."
Kim Eun-hee explained, "I found out because I kept thinking, 'Why is so much money going out?' Even when I tried to save, the money kept disappearing." She added, "It turned out that for years, the payments for Jang Hang-jun's card had been coming out of my account, even though I wasn't the one using it."
After hearing this, Song Eun-i chimed in, saying that Jang Hang-jun often says, "Eun-hee doesn't care about money and doesn't know anything about it." Kim Eun-hee laughed and said, "That's right. I really wasn't interested and didn't know much, but once I found out, I suddenly got angry." She then declared, "Now I should make my card payments come out of his account."
The credit card issue came up again at the meal the three shared after the ad shoot. When Song Eun-i brought up the payment problem once more, Jang Hang-jun calmly said, "I know." Kim Eun-hee then cautiously asked, "Shouldn't we change it now?" Jang Hang-jun briefly replied, "Okay," wrapping up the moment with a laugh.
Meanwhile, Jang Hang-jun's film The King's Warden has drawn a cumulative audience of 16.88 million so far.
