[Sportschosun Jeong An-ji] Actress Jung Si-ah revealed the diet secret behind her husband, actor Baek Do-bin, losing 20 kg in just five months.
On the 13th, a video titled "The long-rumored cooking skills of Jung Si-ah are revealed for the first time. A Japanese curry recipe passed down from her husband, Baek Housekeeper" was uploaded to her YouTube channel, "Jung Si-ah Asi-jeong."
In the video, Jung Si-ah said, "My husband lost 20 kg in five months," and introduced Baek Do-bin's own approach to managing his diet.
She explained, "When you're dieting, don't you especially crave carbohydrates? In those moments, I order a hamburger, keep the patty, remove the bun, and wrap it with a coconut tortilla instead." Jung Si-ah added, "The calories are really low," and shared the diet tips her husband follows.
After tasting the coconut tortilla, Jung Si-ah said, "It's delicious. The texture is like paper, but the flavor is pretty good," expressing her satisfaction.
Jung Si-ah also revealed a breakfast menu and introduced the coconut milk that Baek Do-bin had bought. She said, "My husband never eats just anything. He is someone who takes extremely good care of his body," drawing laughter.
She presented a yogurt-style breakfast that can be eaten easily with coconut milk and fruit, showing her healthy eating habits.
Jung Si-ah asked Baek Do-bin, "Where do you buy good ingredients?" He replied, "I'm interested in good ingredients, so I learn a lot from books and blogs."
Meanwhile, Jung Si-ah married actor Baek Do-bin, the son of actor Baek Yoon-sik, in 2009, and the couple has one son and one daughter.
