[Sportschosun Lee Ge-eun] Actor and singer Ahn Jae-wook spoke about his real married life with his wife, who is nine years younger than him.
On the 15th, tvN Story released a preview video titled "A Meeting of Opposite MBTI Types! #Why the Ahn Jae-wook Couple Still Lives Together" for "What to Leave Behind."
When Pak Se-ri asked Ahn Jae-wook whether his relationship with his wife was still going strong in their 12th year of marriage, he said, "Well... it can't be fiery." He added that their personalities and MBTI types are completely opposite, saying, "We don't overlap at all. I'm ENTJ, and my wife is ISFP."
When Pak Se-ri said, "There's a saying that couples should be opposites to live well together," Ahn Jae-wook drew laughter by replying, "I want to see how far we don't match and keep going out of stubbornness."
He also said they do not agree when it comes to making decisions. "My wife has a hard time making decisions, while I am the type who decides quickly and wants to get things done fast. Even when choosing a meal, if I suggest Japanese food, she says we ate that yesterday. If I suggest Chinese food, she says it's too heavy," he explained. He added, "Even after 10 years, this still doesn't work well. I don't think my wife has said, 'I want to eat this,' even five times."
Meanwhile, Ahn Jae-wook married musical actress Choi Hyun Joo in 2015, and the couple has one son and one daughter.
