[Sportschosun Reporter Jung An-ji] Yoon Hye-jin, the wife of actor Uhm Tae-woong and a ballet dancer, has revealed her impressive physical condition ahead of her return to the stage after 14 years.
On the 15th, Yoon Hye-jin posted photos and videos on her social network service (SNS) along with the caption, "I have to do it, I guess."
The video showed Yoon Hye-jin focusing on practice for her stage comeback. Her firm back muscles drew particular attention. She has long shared her daily routine of ballet and running, and the results of her steady self-care over the years were on full display, drawing admiration.
As a result, attention was drawn to her well-defined back muscles and sharp abs, both shaped by consistent exercise.
Wearing brown-toned workout clothes, she also showed off a lean figure and long, slender legs, boasting a flawless physique that recalled her active days.
On the 4th, Yoon Hye-jin announced that she would be taking the stage for the first time in about 14 years. At the time, she said, "I’m greeting everyone from the stage again after a long time. This August, I will appear in a performance by Director Tae-ji Choi, who first launched me as a lead dancer during my time at the Korea National Ballet," while also sharing footage of herself practicing hard.
Despite the long break, she showed that her skills remain intact, displaying flexible movements and strong muscles.
Meanwhile, Yoon Hye-jin is a former ballet dancer who graduated from Seoul Arts High School and Sejong University’s Department of Dance before serving as a principal dancer with the Korea National Ballet.
She later performed with Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, earning recognition on the international stage, and built an impressive career that included receiving the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award in 2008.
As Yoon Hye-jin, who has met the public through broadcasting and various activities for many years, returns to the stage as a ballerina after 14 years, she is drawing significant attention.
