Park Mi-sun, who says there is no cure for breast cancer, shares how her daily life has changed after surgery... "I gain weight when I take

[Sportschosun Lee Ge-eun] Comedian Park Mi-sun, who underwent breast cancer surgery, shared an update on how she is focusing on her health.

On the 17th, a video titled "[Mi-sun's Setlog] Updates After Treatment" was uploaded to the I Am Park Mi-sun channel.

That day, Park Mi-sun revealed her morning routine. She woke up at 9 a.m., did some light exercise at home, and then ate breakfast. Her meal included tomatoes, boiled eggs, broccoli, olive oil, balsamic dressing, and whole wheat bread.

While eating, she said, "Many people have been asking how I've been. I'm continuing my medication treatment and will go for a checkup next month. I get screened once every six months." She added, "I've started broadcasting again and I'm also doing home shopping. A variety show with my husband came in, so I'm appearing on MBN's Someone's Precious Family," explaining that she is balancing treatment with active work.

What Park Mi-sun pays particular attention to is her diet and exercise. She explained, "I eat healthy food, but sometimes I try to have a little of what I want. Instead, I almost never touch charcoal-grilled meat or ham with lots of additives. Exercise is extremely important, so I work out every day and also do home workouts. My female hormones have dropped a lot, so I have to take anti-hormone medication, and that makes me gain weight."

Park Mi-sun later went to a park near her home to exercise. As she walked barefoot along a dirt path, she said, "I feel so good. Being alive is such a happiness."

Meanwhile, Park Mi-sun was diagnosed with breast cancer in December 2024 and underwent chemotherapy. She later appeared on tvN's You Quiz on the Block and said, "Breast cancer is not something you can describe as fully cured. I live with the mindset that if it comes back, I can just treat it again." She has recently returned to work and is receiving strong support.
