[Sportschosun Jeong An-ji] Comedian Kim Young-hee drew laughs after saying that married life with her husband, who is 10 years younger than her, feels like "raising a child."
On the 18th, a video titled "Even dating expert Han Go-eun was left speechless by this intense relationship advice" was uploaded to the YouTube channel "Goeun Unnie Han Go-eun."
In the video, Kim Young-hee caught attention when asked about her husband by saying, "He used to be a baseball player, and he's 10 years younger than me."
Han Go-eun then asked, "I live with someone four years younger than me, but what is it like to be with someone 10 years younger?" Kim Young-hee replied, "He's like my child," drawing laughter.
Kim Young-hee went on to joke about her husband, saying, "He's a friend who doesn't know Excel. He really doesn't know anything, so I brought him along just before he was about to learn the basics." After hearing that, Han Go-eun said, "Hurry up before he learns how the world works," and Kim Young-hee added that she told him, "Let's get married. Let's get married."
When asked, "What is marriage?" Kim Young-hee answered, "It's an accident," making everyone laugh. She explained, "Not all accidents are bad. Sometimes it's not a major one, just a small collision." She added that marriage does not go according to calculation or plan. "Even if you marry someone who seems like a perfect match, the parts that once fit so well can later fall apart, and then you end up arguing over who is better," she said, offering a candid take on married life.
She continued, "Looking back, it feels like we bumped into each other by accident, said hello, walked down the aisle, and ended up having a baby. That's why I call it an accident."
Meanwhile, Kim Young-hee married former baseball player Yoon Seung-yeol, who is 10 years younger than her, in 2021, and the couple has a daughter.
