[Sportschosun reporter Jung An-ji] Actress Yoon Seung-ah prepared a surprise celebration for her husband, actor Kim Mu-yeol, after the Netflix series 'True Education' topped the global rankings.
On the 21st, a video titled "A Busy and Happy Daily Life, I Did My Best Again This Week" was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Seungaroun.'
In the video, Yoon Seung-ah was seen heading somewhere with her husband Kim Mu-yeol and their son. Kim Mu-yeol asked, "Where are we going now?" and Yoon Seung-ah replied, "We're going to a book cafe that a friend just opened. It's my first time there, so I'm driving with sweaty palms." Kim Mu-yeol then said in his distinctive manner, "I understand. Please drive safely," which made Yoon Seung-ah laugh as she asked, "What's with that tone?"
After arriving at the book cafe, Yoon Seung-ah looked around the space and then worked with friends to prepare a surprise party for Kim Mu-yeol. The Netflix series 'True Education,' in which Kim Mu-yeol recently appeared, drew major attention after reaching No. 1 globally soon after its release. Yoon Seung-ah explained, "There were so many things to celebrate that my friend prepared three cakes."
The surprise was set up while Kim Mu-yeol briefly stepped out with their son. Returning without knowing anything, he was visibly startled by the unexpected celebration.
Yoon Seung-ah and her friends sang a congratulatory song, saying, "Congratulations on Netflix's global No. 1," and Kim Mu-yeol responded with a bright smile, saying, "Thank you," and expressing his gratitude.
'True Education' is a Netflix series based on a popular webtoon of the same name, and it has been drawing attention from viewers in Korea and around the world since its release.
Meanwhile, Yoon Seung-ah married Kim Mu-yeol in 2015, and the couple has a son.
