[Sportschosun reporter Jung Yu-na] Yoon Nam-gi, the husband of Lee Da-eun from "Love After Divorce 2," revealed the renovation site of the ice cream shop he runs.
On the 22nd, a video titled "A Father of Two Siblings Who Never Has Enough Time" was uploaded to the YouTube channel "Namdarimax."
The video showed Yoon Nam-gi overseeing expansion work at an ice cream shop located in Ilsan Bellacita.
Yoon explained that he decided to expand the store, saying, "We were able to secure more space because the neighboring unit was empty. I plan to invest a bit." He added, "The current location will stay the same, but the store will become twice as large. And with the bigger space, the menu will also double."
He also said, "There was originally no coffee at this store, so the menu was limited. Ice cream lattes are the best-selling item, and we plan to add coffee drinks as well."
In particular, Yoon visited the site in person as soon as construction began. "This is a place my family and I have visited often, so I have a lot of affection for it," he said. "It feels a little sad to think about tearing it down and starting over." He then expressed excitement about the newly transformed store, saying it would be decorated in a hip style with the same concept as the Gwanggyo New Town branch.
After the renovation progressed, Yoon returned to the site and looked around the expanded store. "It seems about 2.5 times larger, not just twice as big," he said, expressing satisfaction. "This time, everything is moving very quickly. It feels like opening a whole new store in just about two weeks," he added.
Meanwhile, ahead of the opening, Yoon practiced making new menu items with his wife, Lee Da-eun. "It feels like I'm working part-time at a cafe again after a long time, so I'm nervous," Lee said as she made ice cream herself, while Yoon also tried his hand at production by operating the machine.
However, Yoon drew laughter with his awkward performance, which was different from what was expected. When the ice cream did not come out in a pretty shape, Lee joked, "Is it okay for the boss to be like this?" Yoon replied, "I was flustered too. It's been about a year since I last operated the machine."
Lee Da-eun and Yoon Nam-gi met on MBN's "Love After Divorce 2," which ended in 2022, and later became a real-life couple before remarrying. Lee started a new chapter with her daughter, Lee Eun, and later gave birth to a son with Yoon.
