In the statement, The Black Label said, "We have continuously pursued legal action over malicious posts targeting our artists, based on reports from fans and our own monitoring."

It added, "As a result, some of those who wrote and spread malicious posts targeting our artist Park Bo-gum have been found guilty and fined 2 million won, while another offender was referred to prosecutors after a police investigation confirmed the charges."

The Black Label said it will continue to take a firm stance without leniency. The agency emphasized, "We will closely monitor illegal acts such as malicious rumors, insults, defamation and the spread of false information targeting our artists, and we will continue to pursue strong legal action."
