On the 24th, BoA posted several photos on her Social Networking Service (SNS) along with the message, "It's one of those days when I feel like I want to get a perm at least once."
In the released photos, BoA showed off a bold blonde perm hairstyle, creating a look that was both funky and fresh. Having worn long hair for most of her career since her debut, the shorter style also caught the eye.
The tattoo on her arm added to the striking mood.
Meanwhile, after her exclusive contract with SM Entertainment, which lasted for about 25 years, ended last year, BoA established her one-person agency, BApal Entertainment. She later released her first digital single since going independent, "Ain't no hard feelings," in May.
