[Sportschosun reporter Park A-ram] A photo posted by comedian Park Sung-kwang is drawing attention online.
Park Sung-kwang posted a photo on the 28th without any explanation. The image showed a sign reading "Myeongbo Building." He did not add any special comment, but the post quickly drew interest from netizens.
The photo in particular has sparked various interpretations because it came as the South Korea national football team wrapped up its run in the 2026 FIFA North and Central America World Cup. The team finished the group stage with one win and two losses, earning three points, and failed to advance through the wildcard route given to the best third-place teams.
Against that backdrop, Park Sung-kwang's post of the "Myeongbo Building" photo has led to speculation that it was aimed at coach Hong Myung-bo. However, Park Sung-kwang has not commented on the intent behind the post.
Meanwhile, Park Sung-kwang debuted in 2007 as a KBS 22nd-generation open recruitment comedian and won public affection through a variety of entertainment programs. He married Lee Sol-i in 2020, and the couple also appeared on the SBS variety show "Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny," where they shared glimpses of their daily life.
