"41-Year-Old" Go Joon-hee Reveals a Dermatology Procedure She Says Even Doctors Often Hesitate to Perform... An Actress's Skincare Routine

[Sportschosun, Reporter Kim Soo-hyun] Actress Go Joon-hee revealed a dermatology procedure that she says even doctors are reluctant to perform.

On the 29th, a video titled "Go Joon-hee, an Actress's Close-Up 24 Hours" was uploaded to Go Joon-hee's YouTube channel.

That day, Go said, "Even if the body loses volume, the face should not," and shared her own "low-key but well-kept" beauty routine.

Explaining her routine for the day before a shoot, Go said, "I have a treatment I do steadily, little by little, to keep my skin glowing and firm," before heading to a dermatology clinic.

Sitting in the treatment chair, Go said she would recommend a procedure. She suggested the "Ulblanc" treatment and explained, "My skin is a bit thinner than other people's. It's not that I'm sensitive by personality; my skin is sensitive."

She added, "So I can't really get strong procedures. And especially the day before filming, how could I get a strong treatment? That's why I have a routine I keep up consistently."

Go said the Ulblanc treatment helps "improve skin tone, regeneration, and overall condition," and stressed, "The most important thing is consistency. And you have to choose what suits you. You can't just do everything because something is trending or because a new laser has come out. You have to do what works for you."

When the production team asked how much she spends on dermatology procedures in a month, Go replied, "Not that much. Because my skin is thin, doctors don't really want to do treatments that cause irritation. If they do, their clinic could end up in trouble, so they have to be careful."

As she continues with her treatment routine, Go said, "I think it will get better. I believe it will get better. One day won't show on your skin. You have to keep up with the care for it to show. You won't see a dramatic effect the next day just because you did it today."
