[Sportschosun Lee Woo-joo] Kwaktube introduced his unicorn baby, Taesani, on 'The Return of Superman.'
On the KBS2 variety show 'The Return of Superman,' which aired on the 10th, Kwaktube joined the cast as a new Superman.
Kwaktube recently became the father of newborn Osami, who is not yet 100 days old. When he appeared in the studio, he looked nervous and said, "This place feels really awkward. I can't believe I'm here." RalRal asked whether being a first-time parent was difficult, but Kwaktube surprised everyone by saying, "The baby is incredibly easy to raise. He sleeps well without much trouble. He even went to bed at 8 p.m. last night and woke up at 8 a.m." He added, "People call him a unicorn baby. Since this is my first time raising a child, I didn't know he was that special," and RalRal marveled, "You really should be grateful to your son."
Kwaktube, who drew attention after announcing his marriage and pregnancy at the same time, said, "The baby was originally due in May, but he was conceived while we were booking the venue and preparing for the wedding. So we got married right away."
His son's name is Kwak Taesan. Kwaktube explained, "I wanted to create a strong, independent name. It does sound a little like a striker's name. If my son really wants to, I'll support him. If he takes after his mother. She has great athletic ability, while mine is terrible."
Taesan's face was then revealed. Kwaktube said, "I had small eyes when I was young, but he takes after his mother. Once he falls asleep, he never wakes up," and boasted about Taesan, saying, "He has never left any milk behind and eats very well."
Thanks to his easygoing son, Kwaktube took care of him with more ease than other first-time fathers. He kept talking to his son and trying to start a conversation, and said, "My parenting style is European-style laissez-faire."
Taesan, lying on top of his father's stomach in an uncomfortable-looking position, did not fuss at all, surprising RalRal as well. Kwaktube also said he does not plan to restrict media exposure, adding, "Everyone says not to show any media, but if there is good media, I plan to let him watch it from a young age."
Thanks to Taesan, who also napped easily, Kwaktube made all kinds of noise while brushing his teeth with an electric toothbrush after eating noodles. Kwaktube said, "I didn't start making loud noises from the beginning. Taesan just wouldn't wake up no matter what I did. I was worried that if I stayed too careful and made no sound, he might become sensitive, so I decided not to worry about it during the day. I wanted to teach him the idea of daytime." Taesan woke up first, but instead of crying, he smiled and waited for his father. RalRal kept expressing admiration at the sight of the gentle Taesan.
