[Sportschosun reporter Lee Woo-joo] Former baseball player Yang Joon-hyuk marveled at his daughter's musical talent.
On the 11th, Yang Joon-hyuk posted a video along with the message, "Lee Jae!!! Mom and Dad are amazed. You're only 18 months old now, haha. I guess sports wasn't the right path. Music suits you better, haha. Do whatever you want to do. Do it all, do it all. I guess Dad will have to work even harder."
The released video showed Yang Joon-hyuk's daughter, Lee Jae, playing the violin. Dressed neatly in a sky-blue dress and a white cardigan, Lee Jae held the violin skillfully and moved the bow with ease.
Despite being only 18 months old, Lee Jae handled the violin with a calm posture that surprised viewers. Yang Joon-hyuk expressed his affection by saying he would support her no matter what she chooses to do.
Fans who watched the video were also amazed by how much Lee Jae had grown, reacting with comments such as, "How is that even possible?", "She's a prodigy," and "She should be holding a bat instead."
Meanwhile, Yang Joon-hyuk married Park Hyun-sun, who is 19 years younger than him, in 2021, and they have one daughter. Through KBS2's "Boss in the Mirror," he also shared an update on his life after retiring from baseball and reinventing himself as a yellowtail farm operator.
