[Sportschosun Kim Jun-seok] Broadcaster Jun Hyun-moo drew laughs when a conversation about dating with Bae Sung-jae and Kim Da-young naturally brought up his past public relationship.
In the 35th episode of the full-scale real street-food documentary "Jeon Hyun-moo's Plan 3" (co-produced by Maeil Broadcasting Network (MBN), Channel S, and SK Broadband), which aired on the 12th, Jun Hyun-moo and Kwaktube (Kwak Joon-bin) went on the second part of their "Seoul back-alley tour" food trip with their "food friends" Bae Sung-jae and Kim Da-young. The episode showed them digging into baseball players' favorite restaurants.
That day, Kwaktube warmly greeted Bae Sung-jae, recalling his appearance on "Jun Hyun-moo's Plan 2" last year, and said, "You're back again."
Jun Hyun-moo then made everyone laugh by saying, "Back then, the three of us were talking about gloomy things," referring to how all of them were single at the time.
Bae Sung-jae then admitted, "Hyun-moo hyung even gave us dating advice back then, but he was actually secretly dating Kim Da-young."
Kwaktube also surprised Jun Hyun-moo by revealing, "I was dating my wife at the time too."
In the end, Jun Hyun-moo, the only one still single among the former "single trio," gave a bitter smile and tried to change the mood by asking the couple what nicknames they use for each other.
Bae Sung-jae replied, "I simply call her 'baby,'" while Kim Da-young said, "I call him 'puppy,'" sending the set into laughter.
When Kwak Joon-bin asked how big their age gap was, Kim Da-young said, "I'm the same age as Joon-bin," adding that she is 14 years younger than Bae Sung-jae.
Jun Hyun-moo then chimed in, saying, "An age gap like that actually makes conversation easier."
Kim Da-young immediately responded, "Oh? You must have some experience. Sorry," and a brief silence fell over the room.
Jun Hyun-moo laughed and shot back, "I know people born in 1992 very well," drawing a burst of laughter.
His remark naturally brought to mind his former public relationship with Lee Hye-sung, a broadcaster and former KBS announcer born in 1992.
The two confirmed their relationship in 2019 and were widely loved as a public couple, but they announced their breakup in 2022.
