[Sportschosun Cho Yoon-sun] Dong Hyun Kim surrendered to Kim Jong-kook's brute strength.
On SBS's 'Running Man,' which airs today (14th), the members will take part in a chaotic housewarming race at Dong Hyun Kim's home.
Today's race, titled 'I Just Stopped by Your Place,' takes place at Dong Hyun Kim's house. Each time the members lose a mission, they earn a 'childcare ball,' and the member who collects the most will end up helping with Dong Hyun Kim's children's care after filming ends. Determined to avoid even one childcare ball, the members were fired up from the start.
The first mission is a 'physical quiz battle,' in which each team's representative must find question notes attached to the opponent's body so the team can answer the questions. In particular, attention is focused on the showdown between Kim Jong-kook, the 'Running Man' official muscle man, and Dong Hyun Kim, a former UFC fighter. Confidently stepping up, Dong Hyun Kim was no match for Kim Jong-kook's overwhelming strength and was pushed back helplessly. He eventually surrendered, saying, "I hate sparring with someone like that." The members then teased him, saying, "Why is the UFC world No. 6 like this??" turning the set into a sea of laughter.
By contrast, the match between Yoo Jae-suk and Yang Se-chan took an unexpected turn. Instead of a fierce physical battle, the set was thrown into chaos by so-called 'sour techniques,' ranging from attacks with foot odor to barefoot pressure on the face. But when Yoo Jae-suk showed surprising strength and counterattacked, Yang Se-chan reportedly went so far as to unleash his 'naked fighting spirit,' igniting his competitive drive.
Meanwhile, this episode will also reveal a surprise confession from girl group Mimi about dating, along with her candid views on relationships. While riding in a car, the topic of ideal types came up, and Mimi shocked everyone by saying, "If I date someone, it has to lead to marriage." The members responded with heartfelt advice, saying, "You need to get to know a person over time" and "You should meet someone good." Ji Ye-eun then added warmth to the moment by offering an impromptu blind date suggestion, saying, "Want me to introduce you to my boyfriend's friends?"
Viewers can find out who will end up helping care for Dong Hyun Kim's children on 'Running Man,' which airs today at 6:10 p.m.
