[Sportschosun Reporter Kim Soo-hyun] Broadcaster Seo Dong-ju shared a glimpse of her simple happiness, posting about a Myeong-dong date with her husband.
Seo Dong-ju recently shared date photos and an update with her husband, saying, "The day we went on a Myeong-dong date."
She also spoke candidly about how she felt after enjoying an ordinary dessert for the first time in a while.
Seo Dong-ju said, "I met the tart and latte I had been apart from for a while because of IVF and herbal medicine after three months. I didn't realize it when they were always by my side, but once I was away from them, I understood. A single piece of ordinary carbs can make a person so happy." She conveyed the emotion of a small but meaningful moment.
She added, "We often search for big happiness, but in fact, happiness seems to come in very small forms, like one bite of tart or one sip of latte," emphasizing the value of everyday life.
She then drew laughter by saying, "I thought I had been holding out pretty well... but after eating it, I keep thinking about it again. Yum... How on earth did I live without this? And how am I supposed to resist again from now on?"
Seo Dong-ju is currently undergoing herbal medicine treatment alongside health management and recovery. She is reportedly taking the herbal medicine prescribed at the so-called Imsin Seongji Korean Medicine Clinic in Gyeongju.
Seo Dong-ju previously became pregnant through IVF after fertility treatment, but she later shared the news of a missed miscarriage, drawing sympathy from many. Since then, she has continued various forms of care, including traditional Korean medicine treatment, to recover her health and manage her condition.
Meanwhile, Seo Dong-ju is the daughter of the late Seo Se-won and Seo Jeong-hee. She married in the United States in 2010, but the couple divorced in 2014. After continuing her broadcasting career, she remarried on June 29 last year in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, to a non-celebrity husband four years her junior.
Her husband is currently known to be working as a director at the company where broadcaster Jang Sung-kyu is signed.
