Lee Yong-sik's Daughter Lee Soo-min Says She Lost 40 kg Without Wegovy or Mounjaro: "If You Want to Lose Weight, Raise a Child"

[Sportschosun Reporter Cho Yoon-sun] Lee Soo-min, the daughter of comedian Lee Yong-sik, revealed how she lost 40 kg.

On the 11th, a video titled "Wherever You Go, Whether It's the Mart, Aquarium, Church, or Restaurant..." was uploaded to the YouTube channel Appo TV.

In the video, Lee Soo-min said, "I lost so much weight that people asked who I was."

She said she had weighed as much as 88 kg when she was pregnant with her daughter and added, "Now I fluctuate between 47 and 48 kg." Won Hyuk was amazed and said, "It's like one person disappeared."

Lee Soo-min said, "When you're raising a child, you lose your appetite," and Won Hyuk marveled at his wife's slimmer waistline. Lee Soo-min then explained, "I didn't do any muscle training or anything like that."

When asked about her weight-loss secret, Lee Soo-min pointed to her daughter and replied, "I lost weight thanks to her." Won Hyuk joked, "So childcare is sold out now?" Lee Soo-min then quipped, "If you want to lose weight, have a baby and raise a child."

Meanwhile, Lee Soo-min married trot singer Won Hyuk in 2024 and welcomed their daughter last year.
