[Sportschosun, Reporter Kim Soo-hyun] Broadcaster Park Ji-yoon spent happy time with her family at her parents' home, visiting with her two children during their school break.
On the 15th, Park Ji-yoon shared an update with the brief caption, "Heading to my parents' home."
The released photos showed her riding the subway with her two children on the way to Yangpyeong, where her parents live.
Her parents thoughtfully prepared super-sweet corn and watermelon for their grandchildren, and even got breakfast ready early in the morning, warming hearts. The children enjoyed their vacation to the fullest while spending a joyful time with their grandparents.
Watching all this, Park Ji-yoon said, "You have to come here to not work and just have fun," showing that she was finally relaxing after a long time. She also shared news of the family gathering, saying, "Dain is leaving the country soon, and my brother-in-law's birthday happened to be coming up, so we went to our Yangpyeong house."
She added, "My father bought fresh duck meat from early in the morning and set it up in the pavilion in the yard. We ate until we were stuffed, with the super-sweet corn my sister boiled, the first cucumbers harvested from my father's garden, organic lettuce, and duck wraps." Her words highlighted the warmth of her family.
In particular, the table filled with homegrown vegetables and lovingly prepared dishes drew envy from many who saw it.
Meanwhile, Park Ji-yoon married Choi Dong-seok, a former announcer at Korean Broadcasting System (KBS), in 2009 and has one son and one daughter. The couple announced their divorce in 2023. She is currently going through the divorce process and raising the two children while living on Jeju Island.
Park Ji-yoon's daughter graduated from the middle school program at Korea International School, Jeju Campus, last year and is now a high school student. She is reportedly aiming to enter medical school.
