[Sportschosun Kim Soo-hyun] Beauty YouTuber Yu Gaetnip shared a weekend with her daughter Sol-ip, offering a glimpse into their affectionate mother-daughter time.
On the 15th, Yu Gaetnip spent a simple but meaningful day with Sol-ip, having a meal at a popular restaurant and visiting a cafe. She shared the time with her daughter on social media, creating a warm atmosphere.
Yu Gaetnip currently meets Sol-ip through visitation once every two weeks, and she continues to show deep affection even during their brief meetings.
Yu Gaetnip married comedian Choi Go-gi in 2016 and gave birth to Sol-ip, but the couple divorced in 2020. Sol-ip is currently being raised by Choi.
Recently, Yu Gaetnip appeared on TV Chosun's variety show "The Private Life of X" with her ex-husband Choi Go-gi and revealed her life after divorce.
She also introduced her boyfriend of four months on television and said she was dating with marriage in mind. Choi Go-gi also revealed that he has been in a relationship for five years, and both have continued on with their own lives.
Even after their divorce, they have continued co-parenting with their daughter at the center and have shown respect for each other's partners.
In particular, Yu Gaetnip also said of Choi's current girlfriend, "Her heart is the same as mine when it comes to trying to be a strong protector and mother for Sol-ip," adding, "I think it would mean a lot if people could look at her with support rather than prejudice."
