[Sportschosun Kim So-hee] Jewelry shared the behind-the-scenes story of its full-group reunion.
A recent video titled "Jewelry Cho Minah Ha Ju-yeon, First Time Meeting in My Life (Full-Group Behind the Scenes)" was uploaded to the YouTube channel Seo In-young's Gaegwacheonseon.
The video showed all five Jewelry members — Park Jung-ah, Lee Ji-hyun, Seo In-young, Cho Minah, and Ha Ju-yeon — gathered together. After a long time, they took the stage as a full group and performed their hit songs, delighting fans.
After the performance, the five members continued their behind-the-scenes conversation in a warm and cheerful atmosphere. When asked who the best singer was, they unanimously chose Seo In-young.
Seo In-young confidently answered, "Me," drawing laughter. She then added, "No, honestly, Minah," and named Cho Minah as the best vocalist. Surprised by the unexpected praise, Cho Minah replied, "We all did well," creating a heartwarming moment.
Seo In-young also turned to Lee Ji-hyun and said, "Ji-hyun has gotten a lot better. You know what I mean. Back then, 'Gaerirong Puurirong,'" referring to a performance that once drew attention. At the time, Lee Ji-hyun had become a viral topic online for her distinctive pronunciation of the English lyrics "get in in put it on."
Lee Ji-hyun shot back, "You were my anti-fan," showing off her quick wit and making the other members burst into laughter.
When the production team asked, "How long has it been since you all met like this?" Cho Minah surprised everyone by saying, "This is the first time I've seen Ju-yeon." She then explained, "It's the first time all five of us have gathered together."
Park Jung-ah then said, "It's the first time in 25 years," and Lee Ji-hyun joked, "Don't say that. It makes us sound too old," sending the set into laughter.
Finally, Ha Ju-yeon said, "Thank you for including me," expressing her sincere feelings. Seo In-young responded, "We are always together," revealing their unchanged friendship.
This reunion was especially meaningful because Seo In-young and Cho Minah had put aside their past conflict and appeared together in one place.
Earlier, Seo In-young appeared on the YouTube channel Not_found and directly addressed her fallout with Cho Minah. At the time, she said, "Minah and I used to have fun together, but later we stopped contacting each other. I feel sorry to Minah. She always reached out to me, but I was going through some difficult times."
She continued, "I wanted her to always agree with me, but Minah wasn't like that. I didn't want to hear that, so I just stopped contacting her. I think that was my shortcoming." She also drew attention by publicly apologizing, saying, "I didn't even invite her to my wedding. I'm sorry."
After spending years on separate paths, the Jewelry members showed their strong teamwork and deep affection through this full-group performance. More than anything, their willingness to clear up past misunderstandings and conflicts moved fans and brought them great joy.
