On the 16th, a content video featuring Kim Min-kyung and Kim Ganji was released on Yoo Byung-jae's YouTube channel.
During the video, Yoo Byung-jae was talking with acquaintances including Kim Ganji and Kim Min-kyung about so-called friendship items when an unexpected confession changed the mood.
Kim Ganji and Kim Min-kyung kept making various requests related to friendship items, and Yoo Byung-jae, looking troubled, replied, "I'll do everything," showing that he could not easily refuse.
When Kim Min-kyung asked, "Are you bad at saying no?" Yoo Byung-jae admitted, "That's right." Kim Min-kyung then joked, "Now I'm getting hungry," drawing laughter on set.
The mood soon turned serious. Yoo Byung-jae confessed, "I'm really bad at saying no. I have 700 million won in debt. That's the amount of money I lent out and never got back." His unexpected remark left those around him visibly surprised.
Kim Ganji then lightened the mood again by quipping, "Then let's go for 800 million won."
Yoo Byung-jae has also spoken before about money he lent to acquaintances. In 2024, through his channel, he said, "I'll start by talking about my own worries. Among the many people who borrowed 700 million won from me, almost none of them know how much they borrowed." He added, "You can see I'm smiling, right? This isn't really a smile," expressing his frustration.
Meanwhile, entertainer Yoo Byung-jae is currently dating influencer Lee Yoo-jung, who appeared on Love Catcher in Bali.
