On the 17th, Lee Hyun-yi reposted a social media post uploaded by her husband, Hong Seong-gi. He shared the photo with the caption, "I went golfing with my sister, who looks exactly like me. I thought all women in the world were as tall as she is."
The photo showed Hong Seong-gi, Lee Hyun-yi, and his older sister standing side by side.
Against the backdrop of a golf course, the three appeared to be enjoying their time together, striking affectionate poses in a warm and cheerful atmosphere.
What drew the most attention was Hong Seong-gi’s sister’s striking physique. She stood at nearly the same height as Lee Hyun-yi, who is listed at 177 cm, surprising many with her impressive stature. Even when standing next to each other, the two showed such balanced proportions that their height difference was barely noticeable.
She also appeared to be less than a handspan shorter than Hong Seong-gi, who is said to be 182 cm tall, further capturing viewers’ attention.
Meanwhile, Lee Hyun-yi continues to receive steady love from fans as she balances her work as a model and broadcaster.
Lee Hyun-yi married Hong Seong-gi, a semiconductor development engineer at Samsung Electronics, in 2012. The couple has two sons. She has remained active through television appearances and a variety of other projects.
