[Sportschosun Lee Woo-joo] Singer Park Hye-kyung revealed that she personally went to a police station at dawn.
On the 17th, the YouTube channel "Daktorshin" uploaded a video titled "'I'm a goblin' Park Hye-kyung reveals the truth about multiple personalities."
Park Hye-kyung drew attention when she said, "I recently went to the police station at dawn. It was the Cyber Crime Investigation Unit." She added, "Some guy in Vietnam started a YouTube channel and filled it with all kinds of absurd fake news about celebrities. One of the stories said that Park Hye-kyung got married, had an affair more than 300 times, and was caught on CCTV while cheating during her husband's business trip, which damaged her reputation." She continued, "I couldn't stand it, so I left a comment. On the first day, I really went hard. I said, 'You're dead. I won't let this go.' But YouTube said it couldn't take the video down because of its policy. So I reported it directly to YouTube, and they replied that they would handle it legally."
Park Hye-kyung said, "But I was embarrassed by the comment I left, so I edited it the next morning. I wrote, 'This is Park Hye-kyung. I have never been married. Therefore, I do not have a husband. What do you mean, an affair? And I have reported it.'"
Park Hye-kyung also revealed that she had undergone vocal cord surgery twice. "It was because of problems with my agency," she said. "I couldn't sing without straining my voice. Because of stress, I drank alcohol even though I couldn't really drink, cried, shouted until dawn, and broke down sobbing. That led to problems with my vocal cords, so I had surgery."
She added, "My vocal coach gave me a huge boost back then. I was frustrated because I couldn't sing the songs I used to perform. But the teacher told me, 'Your old voice is Park Hye-kyung's voice, and your current voice is also Park Hye-kyung's voice. Accept the voice you have now, after surgery and recovery, and sing those songs again.' Once I accepted that, my voice came back. That's how I started singing again."
