[Sportschosun, Lee Woo-joo] Former fitness trainer Yang Chi-seung is taking on the food business.
On the 18th, Yang said, "Many people asked what OOO Club was, and I can finally reveal it. It is Yang Chi-seung's Sarada Club." He added that he would open Sarada Club in the underground shopping center near Gangnam Station, marking his latest challenge with a salad bread shop.
Yang announced the opening on the 19th, saying, "I have tasted it many times and gone through repeated revisions. I am confident in both the flavor and the protein-packed balance of carbs, protein, and fat. I will see you at Gangnam Station on June 19."
He also stressed, "Friends and acquaintances, please do not send flower arrangements. I will gratefully accept your warm wishes only."
Yang has long dreamed of entering the food business. He has spoken about that goal on several television programs, and in 2021 he also opened a tteokbokki shop.
Meanwhile, Yang previously suffered a fraud loss of 1.5 billion won and even shut down the gym he had been running. He later drew attention after announcing that he had taken a job as an executive at a community-related company in a luxury apartment complex.
