Lim Hyung-joon Got Dental Braces After Imitating J.Y. Park: "They Said I Was an Actor With Severe Misaligned Teeth" ('Where Is My Home')

[Sportschosun Jo Yoon-sun] Actor Lim Hyung-joon revealed that he ended up getting dental braces while doing impersonations.

On the 18th episode of MBC's 'Where Is My Home,' comedians Jang Dong-min and Kim Ji-yu, along with actor Lim Hyung-joon, went on a house-hunting visit to learn how families living under one roof carve out their own space.

During the broadcast, Joo Woo-jae and Yang Se-chan confessed that they were fans of Lim Hyung-joon. They said, "We love the J.Y. Park impersonation you do, hyung."

Lim Hyung-joon then said, "I have actually suffered a lot because of that," adding, "While doing impersonations, my teeth were all exposed, and people said I was an actor with severe misaligned teeth, so I started getting braces," drawing laughter.

Joo Woo-jae and Yang Se-chan then asked him to do another impersonation, saying, "We'll cover your mouth with the 'Where Is My Home' logo." After hesitating, Lim Hyung-joon performed what he called a "2026 version of J.Y. Park impersonation," sending the set into laughter.

Meanwhile, Lim Hyung-joon, who said he has been living in Gapyeong County for four years, was asked how much of the house he actually occupies. He replied, "About 10%. I sleep on the living room sofa. My wife, child, and dog sleep in the bed."

He added, "I'm very sensitive, but the dog snores. I thought my wife would separate the dog, but she didn't."

Jang Dong-min also said, "My share of the house is only about 2 to 3 percent. It's only the toilet. Even that gets interrupted a lot, so I can stay there for at most 10 minutes." Hearing this, Kim Sook said in surprise, "I thought Jang Dong-min would live like a king."

Lim Hyung-joon said, "When I was single, I never stayed in the bathroom for more than three minutes. Now, once I go in, I don't come out until my wife tells me to. That's the only place I use my phone."

Yang Se-chan asked, "What percentage of people change like that after marriage?" Jang Dong-min answered confidently, "200%." Lim Hyung-joon added, "If that doesn't happen, the wife gets stressed, sick, and exhausted. For the wife's health, the husband should do that."
