[Sportschosun reporter Lee Ji-hyun] Actor Jin Seon-kyu revealed that his health checkup showed low testosterone levels. He drew attention by saying that his close friend Kim Ji-seok personally gave him nutritional supplements and helped him take better care of his health.
On the 19th, a video was released on Kim Ji-seok's YouTube channel, "Nae Aneui Jeogem," featuring actors Jin Seon-kyu and Gong Myung, who appeared together in the Netflix film "Husbands." The three shared a meal while talking about behind-the-scenes stories and recent updates to promote the movie.
That day, Kim Ji-seok told Jin Seon-kyu, "We met for the first time in a year, and it feels like you've gained about 5 kilograms. You look much healthier." In response, Jin Seon-kyu shared the story of how a health checkup led him to start managing his body more carefully.
He confessed, "I had a health checkup, and my hormone levels came back extremely low." Kim Ji-seok then said, "That's when it all started. I think male hormones are important, so I really pushed the idea on my older brother," drawing laughter.
Kim Ji-seok added, "I even gave him nutritional supplements I bought myself in the United States." Jin Seon-kyu expressed satisfaction, saying, "After taking them, I could really feel the difference in my energy."
