[Sportschosun Reporter Lee Woo-joo] Singer Seo In-young spoke candidly about her dating experience.
On the 20th, a short-form video titled "How Seo In-young Talks About a Good Man" was uploaded to Seo In-young's YouTube channel.
Seo In-young met classmates from KAIST whom she had worked with during her 2008 appearance on the variety show "Seo In-young's Kaist." She toured the campus with the students and ate at the student cafeteria. One student asked her how to tell if a man is a good one, saying, "Some friends asked me to ask you something since you're appearing here."
In response, Seo In-young said, "I'll talk about my own experience. My ideal type is someone with good sense, someone who takes responsibility for what he says, and someone loyal. I had friends who dated men who flirted with every woman. Those kinds of men always end up cheating."
When a student said he had partied a lot in college, Seo In-young replied, "That's why you should try having fun a lot. I think you should enjoy yourself as much as possible at that age." She added, "I have no regrets. I've dated so much that I can't even remember which men I met. I think that's what matters most."
After the meal, Seo In-young encouraged the students by saying, "Let's enjoy life." But when a student called her a "role model," she laughed and said, "Why am I a role model? I shouldn't be one. I'm not a good example."
Meanwhile, Seo In-young married a non-celebrity in 2023, but the couple divorced the following year. Two years later, she made headlines again by announcing her remarriage to a businessman six years her senior.
