[Sportschosun, Lee Woo-joo] Park Eun-young of 'Omniscient Interfering View' boasted about the generous perks she offers her staff.
On the MBC variety show 'Point of Omniscient Interference,' which aired on the 20th, chef Park Eun-young's newlywed home was revealed.
During her previous appearance, Jeon Hyun-moo had predicted that the newly married Park Eun-young would get married. When he told her that she had great luck this year, he asked, "Isn't your good fortune coming from marriage?" Park Eun-young replied, "I was so surprised. I thought he must know something."
The head chef said, "I didn't know my sister would get married that quickly," while sous-chef Kim Sung-hwan said, "I thought she would get married quickly. She was in a long-distance relationship in Hong Kong, and whenever she had a schedule to go to Korea the following week, her face would suddenly brighten and she would say, 'I'm going to see my boyfriend.'"
He also revealed that her boyfriend often visited the Hong Kong restaurant where Park Eun-young worked. "He came to our restaurant often for meals. When he talked to us, he usually had a tough, older-brother kind of vibe, but the moment her husband showed up, she suddenly switched into lady mode," he said.
Park Eun-young said, "Before we opened, when you guys weren't there, I brought my husband in and made him a one-person fine dining meal myself. Since the restaurant hadn't opened yet, I let him taste the first course of the restaurant. He was the first person to ever eat a course meal."
She also described her husband's reaction. "He had only eaten food from the restaurant where I worked, but because this was my food from start to finish, he was moved and said, 'I'm finally eating your food for the first time.'"
The revelations about Park Eun-young's devotion continued. The head chef said, "After finishing the schedule, she suddenly started gathering ingredients and asked, 'Where is the doenjang?' We don't even have any menu that uses doenjang. But then she suddenly made a ganjang doenjang. When I asked, 'Why are you making that?' she said, 'I have to feed my man.'" The comment drew laughter.
Meanwhile, Park Eun-young said she had decided to give Kim Sung-hwan a wedding congratulatory speech as well as a refrigerator. She told the head chef, "I decided to give each employee a home appliance when they get married. You should get married while working with me too." When the head chef asked, "Does it have to be a home appliance? Can't it be a bed?" Park Eun-young coolly replied, "A bed is fine too."
