On the 21st, a video titled "Riho, who is tall like her mom Son Tae-young, suddenly at her elementary school graduation vlog" was uploaded to the YouTube channel "Mrs. New Jersey Son Tae-young."
In the video, Son Tae-young headed to the school early in the morning with a bouquet of flowers to celebrate the graduation ceremony of her 11-year-old daughter Riho.
Arriving at the ceremony with an excited expression, she said, "I think this is my first time seeing an elementary school graduation ceremony in the U.S. There isn't much difference from a graduation ceremony in South Korea," expressing her anticipation.
A little later, the graduation ceremony began. When Riho's name was called, she walked confidently up to the stage and received her diploma.
Holding the camera, Son Tae-young showed the side of a doting mother who did not want to miss a single moment of her daughter's appearance. She also said, "Riho has now become a proper middle school student," expressing her emotion.
As Riho returned to her seat after receiving her diploma, she spotted her mother filming her and flashed a bright smile.
What drew the most attention was Riho's remarkable growth. Wearing a white dress that day, she seemed to have inherited the best features of her 183 cm-tall father Kwon Sang-woo and her 173 cm-tall mother Son Tae-young, boasting a tall frame and outstanding proportions that stood out even among her peers.
Meanwhile, Kwon Sang-woo and Son Tae-young married in September 2008 and have one son and one daughter. Son Tae-young is currently living in the U.S. with her children, while Kwon Sang-woo travels between South Korea and the U.S. Son Tae-young also shares her daily life through her personal YouTube channel and stays in touch with the public.
