[Sportschosun Lee Gae-eun] Broadcaster Kim Na-young grew emotional as she recalled a difficult period after her divorce.
On the 21st, a video titled "A day in the life of mom Kim Na-young, who has no time to rest from dawn to night" was uploaded to the "Kim Nayoung's nofilterTV" channel.
After finishing housework and taking a break, Kim Na-young looked back on the past. She said, "A photo from seven years ago today popped up on my phone. There was a picture of me with young Shin Woo, and it really got to me. Even though I was wearing bright clothes in the photo, I looked so shabby."
She added, "If I was seven years younger, I should have had more energy, but I could feel the weight of life pressing down on my eyes. Thinking about the past made me emotional, and I kept looking at old photos for a long time. Back then, there were many nights when I went to bed after crying, so my eyes were always swollen in the morning and always full of tears. I wanted to hug myself from seven years ago. I kept pushing through and worked hard."
Seven years ago, in 2019, was the year Kim Na-young announced her divorce from her former husband, A. Kim married businessman A in 2015 and had two sons with him, but they separated the following year after A was arrested in 2018 on charges of illegally pocketing 20 billion won. Kim raised both sons on her own.
Kim Na-young also said, "I selfishly thought that I wanted to be a source of comfort for those going through winter. Spring will come, and summer will come too," sending a warm message of support to people going through difficult times.
Meanwhile, Kim Na-young publicly dated broadcaster and painter MyQ in 2021 and remarried in 2025.
