[Sportschosun Jung Yoo-na] Lee Na-yeon of 'Exchange 2' shared candid updates about the changes she has experienced while taking medication for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
On the 22nd, a video titled "How much of your day do you spend for yourself?" was uploaded to Lee Na-yeon's YouTube channel.
Lee, who had previously said she was taking ADHD medication, also showed herself taking the pills in the video.
Lee said, "Didn't I keep telling you that I've been having a hard time lately?" She added, "My natural tendency is to keep wanting to improve and live a more organized life, but I felt like my body wasn't keeping up. The stress from that was enormous."
She continued, "I started taking the medication because I had so many responsibilities to handle that it became overwhelming." She added, "But it still doesn't seem to suit me very well. When I first took it, my heart was racing too much, and now it makes me extremely sleepy."
She went on to say, "It definitely does make me calmer when I take it," and added, "Either way, I'm trying to get better."
Meanwhile, Lee Na-yeon and Nam Hee-doo began dating in 2018. After going through a rough patch, they reunited through TVING's original series 'Exchange 2' in 2022 and have been publicly dating ever since.
