[Sportschosun, Lee Woo-joo] Comedian Jeong Sun-hee showed off her toned abs.
On the 24th, a video titled "Jeong Sun-hee's Abs Revealed for the First Time? Jeong Sun-hee's Summer Body Management Secrets Unveiled♥ (Recommended Shabu-Shabu Restaurant)" was uploaded to Jeong Sun-hee's YouTube channel.
Jeong Sun-hee, who went to eat shabu-shabu with the production team, expressed her excitement, saying, "I came here before and got rid of my cold. I came at the tail end of a cold, ate well, and left feeling better. And you know shabu-shabu is a diet food, right?"
Before the meal, Jeong Sun-hee took a probiotic and said, "I've never seen anything better than this for getting rid of a belly pooch," adding, "At my age, it's impossible not to have a lower belly. I thought I was the type who doesn't gain belly fat, but I was wrong."
The production team said, "Unnie, you really don't seem to have any belly fat," and Jeong Sun-hee stood up and revealed her firm abs. As the staff marveled at her figure, which was hard to believe for someone in her 50s, Jeong Sun-hee said proudly, "It's embarrassing, but I have to explain the result of the probiotic. You have to flex your abs. My erector spinae muscles came from swimming."
When asked about her body management routine, Jeong Sun-hee said, "I swim and lift weights. Weight training and swimming are things you have to do for life, and I haven't been able to go to the boxing gym for two months. I think the gym owner has given up on me," adding, "The reason I fell apart was because of a cold. A runny nose cold is one thing, but if you're coughing, going out anywhere is a nuisance, isn't it?"
Jeong Sun-hee continued, "I didn't have erector spinae muscles before. They came from swimming. I've been swimming for almost two and a half years now, and that's how they developed," adding, "I do weight training twice a week and swim twice a week. When I can't do much, I go for a light run. Slow jogging is the best for cardio, and it also helps with dieting and lifting the hips."
Jeong Sun-hee, who also strictly manages her diet, said, "If I eat a big meal like this, I end up eating terribly afterward. I eat two meals a day, and when I have a hearty meal like this, I have a protein shake, a banana, or soy milk for breakfast."
