[Official] Song Hye-kyo Parts Ways with UAA After 14 Years of Loyalty, Saying They Will Support Each Other's Future

[Sportschosun reporter Jo Ji-young] Actress Song Hye-kyo has ended her exclusive contract with her agency.

UAA, Song Hye-kyo's agency, said in a press release on the 26th, "Song Hye-kyo's exclusive contract recently expired. After a long period of mutual trust and working together, UAA and Song Hye-kyo have decided to bring their partnership to a close and support each other's future."

It added, "We ask for your warm interest, encouragement, and love for Song Hye-kyo as she stands at a new starting line."

Previously, Song Hye-kyo signed her first exclusive contract with UAA, the agency founded by Park Hyun-jung in 2012, and worked as its first actress. After ending a 14-year partnership, Song Hye-kyo plans to establish her own one-person agency and go independent.

Meanwhile, Song Hye-kyo is set to appear in Netflix's "Slowly and Intensely."
