[Sportschosun Reporter Jung Yu-na] Actress Han Ga-in revealed her daughter Jay's exceptional reading level after the girl read an English original first.
On the 25th, a video titled "Study With Me, Han Ga-in | 2 Hours and 30 Minutes of Clear-Minded Real Forest Sound ASMR" was uploaded to Han Ga-in's YouTube channel.
In the video, Han Ga-in said, "Today, I'm going to try one of the videos I've always wanted to make, Study With Me," adding, "I need to study Chinese, English, and also read books, so I'm going to study."
She went on to say, "I'm planning to study for about two and a half hours," and joked, "If you wake up before I do, then you lose to me today."
Han Ga-in then showed herself sitting at her desk for a full 2 hours and 30 minutes, focusing on studying Chinese and English and reading books. With little editing and the sound of the forest in the background, the video captured her deep concentration and helped viewers stay focused as well.
After finishing her study session, Han Ga-in reflected on the day, saying, "Today I caught up on my overdue studying and also studied Chinese," and added, "I listened to an English lecture and organized my schedule."
She then said, "I bought the sci-fi novel 'Project Hail Mary' because I heard it was fun these days. But Jay read the original first, said it was interesting, watched the movie once, and then said she wanted to read the Korean edition, so she took my book away," adding, "I read it because I was curious about how fun it really was."
"My husband has been busy lately, so I didn't have much time. I had put off a lot of things I needed to do," she said. "Today, I studied at home for the first time in a while."
Finally, Han Ga-in said, "If there are people who are studying, I hope you can put on my video and enjoy it with the feeling that we're studying together," and added, "I'll come back with similar content next time."
Meanwhile, Han Ga-in is married to Yeon Jung-hoon and has one son and one daughter. Both of her children were identified as top 1% gifted students and entered the Gifted Education Center.
