[Sportschosun Baek Ji-eun] Evan successfully carried out his first week of debut activities.
Evan released his digital single "Ride or Die" on the 22nd and made his debut stage on Mnet's "M Countdown," MBC's "Show! Music Core," and SBS's "Inkigayo."
He also connected with fans through a busking performance, "The Feeling Live with Evan," at Mulbit Stage in Yeouido Hangang Park in Seoul on the 26th, and then took the stage at the large-scale festival, the 2026 Busan One Asia Festival, on the 28th.
"Ride or Die" is a track that blends powerful performance with intense rock sounds. Right after its release, the song topped the Bugs real-time chart and entered Melon's Hot 100 at No. 5. It also ranked No. 1 on iTunes Top Songs charts in nine countries and regions worldwide, while placing No. 9 on YouTube's Daily Popular Music Videos global chart, underscoring its continued popularity.
In particular, both "Ride or Die" and the emotional vocal standout track "Overflow" were written, composed, and produced by Evan himself, raising expectations for the emergence of a truly complete artist.
Evan will appear on MBC FM4U's "Kim Eana's Starry Night" on the 29th and on KBS Kpop's YouTube web variety show "Leemujin Service" on the 30th.
Evan debuted in 2020 as a member of ENHYPEN, but left the group in March, changed his stage name to Evan, and announced his solo debut.
