'Gugak Trot Fairy' Kim Da-hyun has risen to the top of the Blue Dragon Ranking.
In the June Gen Z Star category of the Blue Dragon Ranking, which ended on the 22nd, singer Kim Da-hyun once again claimed the top spot and showed the strength of her powerful fan base.
The vote was a fierce race that remained unpredictable until the very end, but Kim Da-hyun ultimately came out on top.
Kim Da-hyun finished first with 37.21% of the final vote, edging out Lee Soo-yeon.
Lee Soo-yeon, who emerged as a strong challenger and closed in at a frightening pace, received 20.90% of the vote. She was unable to overcome Kim Da-hyun and finished in second place.
Backed by overwhelming support from fans who surged in during the final stretch, Kim Da-hyun widened the gap and comfortably secured the title.
The final top rankings in the June Blue Dragon Ranking Gen Z Star category were Kim Da-hyun in first place with 37.21%, Lee Soo-yeon in second with 20.90%, Jeong Dong-won in third with 12.33%, Hwang Min-woo in fourth with 10.55%, and Hwang Min-ho in fifth with 4.63%.
This is not the first time Kim Da-hyun has reached the top of the Blue Dragon Ranking.
She also took first place in the Gen Z Star category in March after an all-time close battle with Jeong Dong-won, and reclaimed the throne just three months later, confirming her popularity.
This year, Kim Da-hyun has been meeting fans through an especially busy schedule.
After releasing her third full-length album, "Black Swan," in January and proving her deeper musical growth, she continued her nonstop pace by surprise-dropping the single "Good Shot! (New Version)" in June.
In March, she launched her first solo nationwide tour concert, "Dream," at Kyung Hee University Grand Peace Hall in Seoul, presenting the full scope of her 12-year music journey. She also expanded her global reach by confirming performances in Busan, Daegu, and even Japan.
More recently, she has been appearing at a wide range of local festivals, including the Gochang Bokbunja and Watermelon Festival, and meeting fans across the country.
With her steady activity driving her to the top of the June vote, attention is now turning to whether Kim Da-hyun can also capture the half-year title.
Meanwhile, the Blue Dragon Ranking is jointly run by Sportschosun, the organizer of the Blue Dragon Film Awards and the Blue Dragon Series Awards, and Celeb Champ. In addition to monthly winners, it also selects trend-setting stars through half-year awards. Trophy prizes are given to the semiannual winners, chosen every six months, in the categories of male actor, female actor, male singer, and female singer.
