Shinhan Life boosts brand awareness and familiarity through entertainment show as ENA's 'Idol Dispatch Service' makes its debut

Shinhan Life took part as the first company featured in ENA's new entertainment program, 'Idol Dispatch Service,' which aired on the 10th.

Super Junior's Eunhyuk, ZE:A's Kim Dong-jun, SF9's In Seong, and The Boyz's Hyunjae appeared on the show and spent a day working as Shinhan Life employees, gaining firsthand experience of various tasks at the life insurance company.

Starting with an introduction to the company and its organization, they joined the daily work of the Brand Marketing Team, which plans and produces brand videos, and the Insurance Claims Review Team, which handles claims applications and reviews. They also learned about the insurer's processes and proposed ideas to improve customer service.

A Shinhan Life official said, "We were able to create an opportunity to introduce the role of an insurance company and Shinhan Life's organizational culture in a more accessible and friendly way through entertainment content." The official added, "We will continue to expand our points of contact with customers through diverse content and communication activities, and effectively convey Shinhan Life's brand value."
