[Sportschosun Jo Ji-young] The 5th Blue Dragon Series Awards (BSA) has begun its netizen voting, which will serve as the 'casting vote' in determining the winners.
The Blue Dragon Series Awards, hosted by Sportschosun, announced that the first round of netizen voting for nominee selection will run from the 17th to the 30th through the official website (http://bsa.blueaward.co.kr).
This vote covers a total of 12 categories, including Best Work, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best New Actor, and Best New Actress in the drama section, as well as Best Work, Best Entertainer, and Best New Entertainer for both men and women in the variety and documentary section. In its fifth year, the Blue Dragon Series Awards will present the Best Entertainer award separately for men and women in the top and excellence divisions, but voting will be conducted once in a combined format.
The OST Popularity Award will once again be held exclusively through the Celeb Champ app, as it was last year. After preliminary voting narrows the field to the top 20, the final round of voting will follow.
Each year, the Blue Dragon Series Awards has strengthened its standing through fair judging that resonates deeply with the public. This year’s 5th BSA also plans to select the most trusted final nominees by comprehensively combining evaluations from experts, netizen votes, and votes from the Sportschosun press corps.
Meanwhile, the 5th Blue Dragon Series Awards, which will document the present of K-content and open the door to a better future together, will be held on July 31 at Paradise City Incheon and broadcast live on KBS2.
