[Sportschosun reporter Jo Ji-young] Comedian Kim Shin-young is set to take food content to a new level with her sharp variety instincts.
On the upcoming episode of MBC's "I Live Alone," airing on the 26th, Kim Shin-young will be seen using her day off to tackle the household chores she had been putting off.
Enjoying a new peak in her career and keeping busy, Kim Shin-young finally gets a break after three weeks and starts taking care of the chores she had been storing up in her head. First, she opens the refrigerator and, without hesitation, takes out pork belly to grill. "You have to eat breakfast like a king," she says. "Pork belly is a must for breakfast," as she prepares a full pork belly spread.
After grilling the pork belly until golden brown and setting the table perfectly with wild garlic leaves, gomchwi leaves and a kimchi set, Kim Shin-young sits on her throne(?) and says, "It's modest. Really modest," showing that she still feels something is missing. As she keeps moving her chopsticks before the warm pork belly gets cold, she leaves a few pieces behind and falls into deep thought, raising curiosity about what is bothering her.
She is also seen opening a mysterious delivery box and assembling its contents, drawing attention. Kim Shin-young introduces it as a "revolutionary item(?)" that has taken over her algorithm. She says she spent months debating whether to buy it, and after waiting about a month, the package finally arrived.
As interest grows over what Kim Shin-young had been waiting for so long, the show also reveals her struggling to clean the outside window of her living room while holding the "revolutionary item(?)," stealing viewers' attention. Sweating heavily in the hot weather and trembling as she wiped the window, Kim Shin-young looks utterly defeated and says, "I was so frustrated!" In the end, she even throws herself into the task with her bare hands, heightening curiosity about what exactly happened to her on the show.
Viewers can catch the day that even the seasoned solo-living expert Kim Shin-young found infuriating on MBC's "I Live Alone," airing at 11:10 p.m. on the 26th.
